Brush Hogging & Tractor Work for Overgrown Land

Got a lot, field or trail that's gotten away from you? We bring the tractor and knock it back down — fast, clean and at a fair price.

For rural & vacant land

Take back control of your property

Florida land doesn't stay open for long. Left alone, a lot turns into a wall of brush, palmetto and saplings in a season or two. Our brush hogging service rough-cuts overgrowth and gets your land usable again.

We handle vacant lots, pastures, trails, fence lines and back acreage that's too much for a standard mower. If you can get a tractor to it, we can clear it down to a manageable height.

How it works

Simple, straightforward, no surprises

  1. Walk the property. We look at the lot, the access and what's growing so we can scope the job accurately.
  2. Clear, upfront quote. You get a fair price based on acreage, density and access — no guesswork.
  3. We knock it down. The right tractor and brush hog cut it back to a clean, manageable height.
  4. Keep it maintained. Many owners put us on a seasonal schedule so it never gets out of hand again.

Brush hogging FAQs

Good questions, straight answers

How tall or thick can the growth be?

Brush hogging handles tall grass, weeds, brush and light saplings. For very dense growth or larger trees we'll take a look and let you know the best approach — sometimes it's a single rough cut, sometimes a couple of passes.

How is pricing determined?

Mainly by acreage, how thick the growth is, and how easy the property is to access. We walk the lot first and give you a clear, upfront price before any work starts.

Will the land be cleared to bare dirt?

Brush hogging is a rough-cut service — it knocks vegetation down to a low, manageable height rather than scraping to bare soil. If you need full land clearing or grading, tell us and we'll advise on the right scope.

Can you keep my lot maintained on a schedule?

Absolutely. Many landowners have us come back a few times a year so the property never gets fully overgrown again — which also keeps each visit faster and cheaper.

Do you need a lot of room to access the property?

We need enough room to get the tractor in safely. During the walkthrough we'll confirm access points and flag anything that could be in the way.
